Need help opening a flight log or understanding a feature? Contact Igor Sul at igorsul@gmail.com.
In your message, include the app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS or iPadOS version, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. If available, include the autopilot firmware version and a screenshot. Share only files and flight locations you are comfortable disclosing.
Getting started
Tap Explore demo flight to try the built-in synthetic flight. Opening your own logs requires Pro access or an active trial. Choose Import log and select an ArduPilot DataFlash .bin file in Files. Files can come from iCloud Drive or compatible file providers.
The map is blank
Log analysis happens on your device, but map imagery needs an internet connection. A route also requires valid position records in the log. Check your connection and the available position sources.
A signal or default value is missing
Available fields depend on what the autopilot recorded. A missing or unsupported value is shown as unknown. Parameter defaults come from PARM.Default in the log; the app does not supply assumed defaults.
How do I run checks?
Open Overview, expand Checks and tap Run. Findings include available evidence and data coverage. A finding is an aid to reviewing recorded data, not a guarantee of flight safety.
Can I change autopilot parameters?
No. This is a viewer for recorded logs. It does not connect to the autopilot or write parameters.
Can I export data?
With Pro access or an active trial, open Charts and use the chart options menu to export CSV or a PNG chart image. Use Share export to choose a destination.
Does removing a recent flight erase its imported data?
In the current version, removing a library entry hides it from the list but retains the imported file and cache in app storage. Deleting the app through iOS/iPadOS removes its local container; offloading the app retains its data. Original files in Files and copies or backups outside the app remain separate.
Purchases and restoring access
Open Settings and the Pro purchase screen, then choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If purchase options fail to load, check your internet connection and choose Reload purchase options. Apple manages billing and purchase history.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Use Manage subscription on the Pro screen, or open your iPhone or iPad Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open Apple’s subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewal; access remains until the current paid or trial period ends. Buying Lifetime does not cancel an existing subscription: cancel its renewal separately to avoid further charges.
How do the trials work?
The separate 7-day Trial does not start a paid subscription or automatically charge you. A subscription’s introductory trial, when offered to an eligible Apple Account, starts a subscription that renews at the displayed price unless cancelled. These are separate offers; switching monthly and annual plans does not grant another introductory trial in the same subscription group.
When Pro ends
Your imported files remain on the device, but opening your own logs and exporting requires renewed Pro access. You can still explore the built-in demo.
